Money is obviously not a driver for those applying at J* as you are shafted from day one,not even paid through training. Unfortunately if you want to live in Australia you don't have a lot of choice. It's either QF, va or JQ. VA isn't any better than JQ these days.
There is increasing talk amongst the crews that quite a few are actively trying to leave. That's new and potentially the only thing that could drive changes.
