Most crew that you would want to fly/work with wont even consider it. Unfortunately some will.
Most crew in Australia theses days take extra fuel or don't extend duty simply to spite the company.
I can't imagine the problem of trying to help the company reduce pax compensation is going to be a wide spread issue.
