The reason for various fires and explosions has been kept deliberately vague, as to whether it was local resistance, infiltration teams, things launched and falling from improvised/improvised Ukrainian weapons systems, or carelessness with vodka, matches and cigaret/cigarette butts. Conditions do apply.
