Now, the Paiutes, Cherokees, and other groups might want a referendum for their people. The Sioux arguably were militarily defeated, but golly, the agreements signed by the govt were soft, and absorbent which may have led to their application. Let's not even talk about England... Yeah, pretty funny as I also thought about the native tribes in America but didn't mention them! Where does it stop? Maybe we just start over or something. This is obvious idiocy on the Russkie's part but the Russkie population sure seems to have different ideas about this stuff than Europeans, Americans, Asians, or the rest of us on this small planet.
