You have got to remember Net Worth of the two Assets. A business with Debt and almost zero income (might get worse if fire cover gets reduced) is in much worse position than one with large Debt but is able to service it. A good question is whether the debt is index linked with interest rates rising.

Of note today a DHL A300F had to be parked on 6 pack today because Cargo stands needed for other DHL & MNG traffic. Going to be interesting this winter with any additional DHL traffic from STN.

Nice of Luton to pick up some EZY diversions as well due to an issue down saff at LGW
