If you have...
Good education, GCSEs, A-levels and a degree with good grades (C and above). A decent flight training record - first time passes in ground school and not too many attempts at the flight tests, from a decent FTO.
You are a good bloke genereally and come across well then apply to the CTC ATP scheme. Hard to get on but probably your best chance of getting a Jet RHS with 250 hours.
PS instructing is great too if you can justify what would be 6 grand by the time you finish.
