Ouch ... truth hurts.
Hindsight is a marvelous privalidge ... I agree mostly with feet and knees. Except I recon you can do both a proper job and an instructing one. Working 7 days a week isnt much cop but it looks to me like you need hours AND cash (just like me).
I instruct on weekends and do mundane 9-5 stuff during the week. My debt is managable, I have 1000 hours, IR and MCC and ready to rock when the tide turns.
I Recon the only way out of your dilema is with hard graft... Good luck and keep at it!
