Nopulse were snapped up by QF so Ansett couldn't jump into regional ops quickly and to also utilise McGowans trucking industry Ts & Cs.
Pornstar was started in a rush, at the last minute to stop a new LCC named Spirit from starting out of Avalon. CEO was a good bloke named Mike and two painted aircraft sat already in the hangar there for their media launch guess when... that's right, the next day (Fox maintained his Chairman's Lounge access).
J* have been heavily cross subsidised right from the start so in essence, a true LCC hasn't had the access or time to give it real crack. Good luck to them.
