…yeah indeed some truth to what you say but aviation is a complex ecosystem. Would Qantas International have survived Covid if it wasn’t for the domestic (Australian Airlines) component? Would Ansett have survived if SQ had purchased them instead of ANZ?

Point is, it never ceases to amaze me how anonymous social media posters make grand statements when they know precious little about the whole picture.

Usually it’s just self -reinforcement ‘my airline is better than yours’, or ‘my Boeing is better than your airbus’ drivel but so often it’s ill-informed and the writer should be embarrassed.
