Hi everyone,
to me it looks like the pilot got caught low and fast! Looks like he tried an emergency quickstop and something went wrong with it behind the building and therefore he wanted to get down in a hurry.
Any news on this one?
Question: Anyone knows about a guy (and hopefully a video!!) who did/does a show with a R-22 and a ultralight.
The ultra flying straight at him and he with the R-22 backwards and with smoke.
Part of the show is/was a full touchdown auto backwards! That's what I would like to get a video from!
I remember reading about this some time ago, I think in connection with EAA-Oskosh. Supposedly the fellow had about 14000 hours of which about 10000 fumigating in a R-22.
