Whirly's clearly not a power user. Why are you trying to talk her into the absolute top-of the line uber-geek PC components? The spec. she described is
plenty for her stated requirements.
You seem to always have to go 'one up' on advice other posters give (viz. your bandwidth-hogging response on the 'joystick' thread). Perhaps you should get out more.
