Maybe that's changed post-Covid but I doubt it judging by how difficult it is to get a seat. For example, there are less than 2 seats in any premium class on any of the next 5 days between SIN and LHR, including none on 3 of those 5 days. At the fares that are being charged, I highly doubt they are running at a loss.
