And yes to the "milking foreigners" in Poland being standard even outside Smart - my initial Class I at WIML cost me 1830zl while the same Class I was being charged to the polish nationals at 1200zl, and that's in the beginning of 2021. So those 5-7k difference went straight to the owners pocket.
WIML is from the Polish Air Force, it's not a stretch for them to subsidize Polish nationals but not foreigners.
As for private business, any respectable business will charge foreigners the exact same as Polish nationals, and from my experience they do.
In this case, I am fairly certain it is to pay commission to the salesman...
However, if it is not, and foreigners are indeed being scammed for more, stay away, stay far far away... No matter what "reviews" may say lol
