Hey guys, from what I know so far for the initial assessment we will have an advance compass test, psychometric test, panel interview and FFS session on the 737NG (SID, Radial intercept, Steep turns, then vectors for ILS and one visual pattern. Do you what's in the psychometric test, I found it on latest pilots and it has ATP questions from easa.
I've heard FOs don't do that test, so I just wanted to know exactly what they test on the psychometric or compass test.
