Back when the JP233 was in vogue, I recall a lecture about how difficult it would have been for runways to be repaired after an attack due to the 'minelets' scattered from the weapon. These would have blown holes in any bulldozer blades...
"So what about using a water jet from an old jet engine on an old tank - as was used to put out oil fires after GW1?", I asked the lecturer.
