Hi Guys and Girls,

I just saw on the Ryanair careers website that we can apply for a Direct Entry Pilot pool for experienced FO's who do no meet the requirements for the B737 ie ( 700 hours on 737 )

For FO's they ask for 700 hours total time and 500 hours on a multi crew aircraft. Has anyone applied for this. Does Ryanair pay for your Type Rating on the 737? Any info would be great
