Very difficult to get a straight answer on this. Almost everyone who's been for assessment recently states 30, this is the EK requirement but is based on their medical insurance and not GCAA licensing requirements.
GCAA state anything under 35 doesn't flag issues unless there are additional underlying health conditions. I think they want some lipid tests done.
Company won't give a straight answer.
Some of the older pilots state that under 35 is fine.
