I think the de-brief method is inadequate but if it were more specific, it would let out the actual questions, a conundrum.

ELT freq. is one i couldn't find in op. proc. section.
But why does a pilot need to know that.
OK might stop you buying out of date junk off ebay.

More appropriate might be to ask when to operate a ELT.
