Yes, the debrief is inadequate.
Why are we not to know if the answers to questions are someones interpretation of a rule and thus wrong, look how many answers were wrong in the old paper exams..
Unless questions are fact based, there could be answers based on personal feelings, such as if windshear is reported at a field.
Do you, divert, take a chance and make an approach? Make some kind of adjustment?
These answer could be based on your comfort level, experience or aircraft performance.

I have spoken to other examiners and they same to agree this particular exam seems the hardest to pass.
