Telling me I don't understand something, when I was on one of the first EBAs to use this system was, I thought,a touch rude. If that wasn't the intent, I appologise for the hostility.
If Scooter wan'ted to convey a comparison of hourly rates, he should have said that. It's STILL better conditions getting more money for a higher threshold.
