This might interest Pabely. I was told a week ago from a contact that work is about to start on a new apron to the west of Delta in the former temporary drop off zone. New stands or replacements for the Pond stands that are used for night stoppers that could allow Signature to once again occupy the whole apron overnight instead of part of it? At the moment I have no idea.
Seems work has started on this area.
