You fill in SRG3108 as stated. but too many of you are making a song and dance of it. Fill out the details on the back of a Greggs used paperbag and send it will have the same effect. You are only helping the CAA keep their records up to date, no more. the examiner has undertaken the licensing action.

The SRG1157 is the examiner's report having signed the licence and the pilot takes no part. It is not electronic but it is posted or emailed by the examiner.
