One interpretation is that disregard for any rules of war reinforces the impression that Russian morale is extremely low. Venting frustration by horrendously mistreating defenceless prisoners is a clear sign of this. It also indicates that commanders are having great difficulty controlling their troops. It shows what can be expected if the Russian invasion is allowed to succeed and the importance of continued support for the Ukraine.
When you have your foot on the enemies neck, its time to press down hard.
It would seem the Wagner group are conducting atrocities behind the lines. A leader of moral fortitude should call them for what they are, a terrorist group.
As such the removal of their units in Africa would be a good start by some SF units.
No trace should be left as if they have run off into the night, bar the blood and bullet holes.
It is fast approaching the time where the West needs to start showing its teeth, before the dictators get the upper hand and its too late.
