Spot on!!

I retired from BA 2 years ago, where I was fortunate to be part-time on a 'high efficiency' fleet. I had a good level of seniority which certainly helped, but JSS is good for BA, but REALLY BAD for pilots.

Twosugers and tubbylinton have done a superb job of explaining the machinations and duplicity of BA management - while explaining the dreadful workings of 'the delta'. There explanations are top notch and have even answered a few questions that I had!

I often see and hear the insults directed at BA pilots and think - what a load of complete garbage! Written either from some twisted form of jealousy or complete ignorance.

Due to the really awful degree of dishonesty, nastiness, and disinterest displayed by BA management, BA was certainly a rather difficult environment if you expected any degree of honesty and integrity.

However, the VAST majority of the BA pilots I flew with were excellent! Good fliers, good company, good people! That is FACT!
