In the long run it will bite them all on the @rse. Very important that Team JQ gets a decent agreement up, at this rate they and QF will one the only employers of choice long term, the others will be too busy trying to outdo each other on how little we can pay our pilots.
Alternately Jetstar Management will just give the middle finger and say ‘it is 2%, nothing more’.
