There are two good training schools in Darwin.
What relevance are training schools? It seems to me that this operator's pilots have been to the school of hard knocks already - for that some credit to the operator is due. He should take a bow for providing such education, and could maybe charge his pilots for the provision of such valuable service - but wait, that's justification for below award conditions, surely?
Fortunately some of his pilots already have the good sense to know their rights, and what is acceptable and what is not when let loose in an aeroplane, and when walking out is safer than sucking it up.
