Apart from the usual suspects such as John Mearsheimer and Scott Ritter, it includes Tulsi Gabbard as well as Sen Rand Paul.
The difference between being pro Russian (or Pro-Ukranian for that mater) and anti-foreign-entanglement is utterly lost on most non-Americans.
Rand Paul's dad, a populist, voted against the Iraq War. Rand Paul is taking a similar populist stand, as is Gabbard.
What is utterly false is the assertion of there only being a dichotomy; there is room for there to be points of view other than the binary assertion of one of the combatants. (See the Point of View of India, which we mentioned a few pages back, or of the many non aligned countries who worry about grain exports from Ukrain and Russia drying up).
Sure, from the Ukrainian point of view it makes sense for them to see all things as "you are for us or you are against us" - which is just the same attitude as GW Bush took about the War on Terror. His Manichean view came in for plenty of criticism as being too narrow.
(Granted, there is some difference here as W's country was not being invaded).
