Sounds like they reached rock bottom and continued to dig........."
Having been around the aviation industry for 50 years, DCA/CAA/CASA's principal achievements are probably best described as:
- Declining aircraft numbers;
- Declining general aviation services;
- Declining private and general aviation pilot population;
- Declining regulator standards.
