MIT Survey Looking for Participants
Hello! As part of an MIT survey, we are looking for experienced pilots to help evaluate past aviation convective weather interactions. The ultimate goal of our study is to better predict when convective weather situations will cause a deviation from a planned route. Participants will be asked to evaluate flight segments which may (or may not) have deviated due to the tactical weather situation. Participation is entirely remote via email, and will take about 15-30 minutes, depending on the number of cases you wish to label.
