No other isues as far as I know. Actaully went for an eye test (last one was 1,5 years ago with the results in the original post) and nothing has changed. My dad also had high myopia but he got eye laser surgery and he can see perfectly fine now.
I live in the Netherlands, so hearing that Belgium denies over 2 diopters isn't good I guess
