The last time I looked 2 stands on the pond were used for night stoppers. If it is the case that Signature take over the pond again the airport will still gain 2 stands. If Signature don't the gain is 4 stands. Put a pier in one day and continue it to the South Apron and that would be another 9ish contact stands that would not require busing. Busing to the west of Foxtrot would mean crossing two active taxiways, which is not ideal.
