Those fellows need to start buying Lottery Tickets!
For the Aft Blades to suffer such damage and the aircraft not. disintegrate in flight is a very unusual thing.
I flew the recovery of a CH-47C that had a O-1E Bird Dog airplane (similar to a Cessna 175) that swung up under the forward blades....then swung aft and up into the Aft Blades.
The aircraft instantly disintegrated and fell to the ground from 3000 feet AGL with all aboard being killed.
Well done to the Crew and the Ground Response Team.....excellent team work.
