I will just leave this here to show how flydubai operated. The Middle Eastern airlines are horrible to work for but I don’t know any other carrier that offers less money now in 2022 than they did in 2009.

Cathay Pacific, Ryanair, Flybe, Wizz Air just off the top of my head all offering actually less salaries and that’s before inflation added in. I could go really into it and compare to currencies or comparing it to the Big Mac Index.
