if aircraft noise is perceived an issue then why are all those hamlets and villages and towns and City!s selling properties on average 40 to 50 percentage higher than the national average? Equally South Luton has homes worth between 1 and 2 million pounds. The fact is by far the majority of complainers are those who live anywhere between 5 and 30 miles away. More flights fly over Watford and Elstree all day long and through the night at heights typically below 6000 feet and is not an issue for those living underneath the LHR routes. Whilst trying to being impartial if noise is that bad then someone should at minimum advise all those estate agents in Harpenden and St Albans areas and those north Bedfordshire and those west Hertfordshire so that property prices are lowered accordingly!
