I've heard similar rumors from few people working for Vueling, but all them agree about it's just a rumor and, in the event it would happend, it would be at the end of the year. And to me, it makes sense: if an assessment process starts in September, pilots would be in their OCC about January, when they are not apecially needed. And also, September it's still a very busy month, so moving personel from flight duties and office management during a hot month for arrange an assessment doesn't seem to be "efficient".
By other hand, IAG Group still must make a "move" about the global financial crisis that potentially it's about to arrive after summer. Experts in economics are warning about it, perhaps too much.
