Yet another example of fallacious arguments using rhetoric instead of logic. Is Russian education so bad that they think that drivel like this is going to have any effect other than on the driveller?
Using the same argument, but applying logic, Russia should learn from the 'mistakes' in history and avoid them towit retreat now and restore the damage done.
