Assuming they are not expecting major abuse from passengers, the Customer Care Ambassadors look to be assembled in a construction zone. Why would you do that rather than have them nicely lined up in their proper uniforms somewhere which has no site risk ?
As far as I am aware the building and route are in possession of LTR and LLAOL with only the Parkway forecourt in the hands of a fresh set of contractors who alway seem to work on airport projects.
Customer Care Ambassadors should have an easy life with their interactions with the public, as the route and trains have been under test now for what seems like forever. An understanding of rail routes and timetables will be useful but that might be outside their training. Safely training and procedures will play a big part in the classroom.
