Didn't hear anything about Germany financing M113s from denmark.
Did see this though indicating that germany also has problems supplying even 80 Toyota pick-up trucks.

Well, given all the criticism there has been of Germany, the politicians would have to be really stupid to lie about things that many people could film and upload. Note also that the Pz 2000 are a joint project with NL, and any lies risk diplomatic embarrassment. Plenty of comment in April about Denmarks intention to send these M113

That comment was made at the time this was first mooted, so nothing has changed.
