Well, it may not be 10 to 15 years for our new hires to become captains. Also, the F/O salary of 58,500 EUR pa is just a base salary. You can easily add 15,000 to 40,000 EUR as bonus, if we continue to be busy as we are now.
Out of interest what would a year one F/O (UK based) be taking home each month on average with basic pay and the additional supplements of flight pay etc? Would be extremely grateful for any guidance - much appreciated.
