Thanks - VS16 31-Dec.
I have just got back today from Orlando on VS16 and wanted to say thanks to all the fantastic crew, especially Claire, Phil and Paul who, between them and their colleagues in Orlando (Anna-Kim, Jay), cut the stress and saved the day for our party of two.
I'm not sure any of you are PPRuNer's but hope that if not the message will get through. We'll be dropping a letter in the post to Manor Royal to make sure.
Modesty may make you say you were just doing your jobs but forget the modesty, you were outstanding.
