As soon as Parc starts running things off shore, problems arise then Canberra gets upset. Canberra needs to avoid the Tiger mess again, try running an airline with associated departments off shore and you will be grounded soon after. Let alone a third party.
you might want to check what you write…..PARC (RH) isn’t overseas, but in OZ. 😏
they will probably be running the interviews, what’s wrong with that ?
