I still struggle to see how CASA is going to let this get off the ground with the entirety of Flight Ops outsourced. Is Parc going to setup it’s own Bonza buildings with associated Bonza departments locally? They sure won’t want to spend the cash but will most certainly take the cheque with the contract.
As soon as Parc starts running things off shore, problems arise then Canberra gets upset. Canberra needs to avoid the Tiger mess again, try running an airline with associated departments off shore and you will be grounded soon after. Let alone a third party.
