- Fatigue reports are always treated extremely...

- Any pilot who reports experiencing fatigue is automatically removed from a flight and given a 24-hour rest...

- The Company has never refused to grant a pilot a rest period if they experience fatigue...

- Contrary to what has been stated, we welcome fatigue reports from pilots. We are acutely aware that cultivating an environment where employees feel able to raise important issues serves to ensure the continued wellbeing of our workforce, and the safety of our passengers.

- No pilot has been adversely impacted professionally following submitting a fatigue report...

- We are committed to ensuring our employees’ wellbeing and note that many former employees are returning to rejoin Qatar Airways in the coming months, including several hundred former Qatar Airways’ pilots...

Is this through?
It would be rather stupid to admit that there is a problem. Qr's FTL are a joke since you log only half of the flight usually towards the limits. Some pilots flew up to 180 block hours a month. The Fatigue reporting has only been changed to 24h rest when these articles appeared before it was 12h. All pilots were informed that those who report fatigue will see their consecutive block of 4 off days removed and thus will not get any consecutive days off. F/O are also afraid to delay their command. Calling a few fatigue will result in visiting Fleet and Medical.
As a result everyone just flies dead tired.
The people raising fatigue issues in the medical department and frms have recently been removed. Problem solved.
