Yes, Wizz Air's press releases are never bollocks. Maybe the airport should calculate the amount of delay caused by Wizz being unable to crew the base. Which won't be a problem from mid-June, miraculously.
Regardless of blame there's only one loser and it's DSA. Who else is going to step in to pick up the pieces? Every possible runner has already been, and gone.
Wizz were the only chance of building a decent offering out of DSA. How sustainable is a TUI base of a few aircraft for the long term? Or will Peel just cut and run and concentrate on the land?
