Many Luton airport workers have got big pay rising due in part because of Brexit so is seen as a good thing. In 2018/19 security staff had their terms and conditions savaged. Now they have secured £1800 pay rises as cheap labour has dried up. Increased pay has helped Luton avoid what has happened at other airports although people still don’t stay long.
