I once spec’d a jet that I might have operated of a 1000’ runway but it would not achieve 1200nm range with that runway.
I am not in the game anymore so I can offer sound unbiased advice, if you would like it PM me.
To operate off that runway in a jet you will need to have a sound knowledge of performance issues and fly accurately, it is possible but the pilot needs to know what he is doing to be safe.
