CAE have a contract to supply 1000 MPLs to Eastjet over the next 5 years. 200 per year, doesn't leave much scope to recruit from other sources. Some of the L3 cadets from the previous contract easyjet had with L3 have been recruited recently. But it does indeed look like it is CAE for the future.
A large number of MPLs transferred over to the integrated in Sept 2020 , only 5 or so continued MPL from that intake. So I suspect the training gap will be the lack of MPLs coming out of the 2020 intake. So a good number of those CAE integrated recruited will still be former mpls.
