You can find them with Jabiru or Rotax engines, so no need to slag them off for an unreliable engine. Can be had for not a lot over AUD$120k, d of course, Australian made.
I think the latest Jab engines are fairly reliable. They've made a lot of improvements.
Agree re 230, nice to fly, IMO.
