hey, does anyone know why a fresh g3 can't get a job with a school unless you are > grade 2? did an instructor course but the school didn't hire so been calling around and on afap I've only noticed grade 2s and 1 positions. Bit of a pickle i think as some people say the do the rating with a school that can offer a job at the end - so i did just that! worst case I do a low level and do mustering and be "over qualified". thoughts on this situation? cheers and happy flying!
not sure I follow the link between a grade 3 instructor rating with no instructing experience making you overqualified to do mustering.
