plenty of guys in their late 60s and early 70s still flying single pilot HAA in the USA with no issues at all. 70 is the new 65. The US airlines are requesting 67 as the new age ceiling now for part 121 ops. I suspect it will be granted soon and other nations will likely follow. Restricting 60 year olds as incapable of flying single pilot ops is utterly pompous.
